One address, read by a person. Kairos is small, so expect a reply within two or three working days rather than the same hour. If a week passes with no answer, assume the message went astray and send it again — that is far more likely than us ignoring you.

Corrections
The most useful mail we get. If a figure, a claim or a legal statement on this site is wrong or out of date, tell us which page and what you believe the correct position is. Where a claim carries a citation, we will check the source and either fix the page or explain why we read it differently.
Providers and practitioners
If you run a natural burial ground, a terramation or aquamation facility, or you make something we ought to know about, write in. Note that inclusion is editorial and is never sold — a payment cannot buy a listing, and any commercial arrangement that does exist is labeled on the page where it appears.
Accessibility problems
If any part of this site is unusable with a screen reader, a keyboard, or at the text size you need, that is a defect and we want to hear about it. Tell us the page and the assistive technology you were using. See also our accessibility statement.
Privacy and your data
Requests about the personal information Kairos holds go to the same address. Our privacy policy sets out what is collected and what your rights are.
What we cannot do
Kairos publishes information. We are not funeral directors, lawyers, doctors or grief counselors, and we cannot arrange a disposition, hold a body, file a permit or advise on a specific case. We also cannot tell you what the law is where you live — rules on burial, terramation and aquamation are set state by state and change often.
For any of that you need a licensed funeral director or an attorney in your own jurisdiction. What we can do is help you arrive at that conversation already knowing what to ask, which is what Options and Q&A are for.
